For any move within NSW, our local moving service delivers courteous, careful work from our Japanese-speaking crew — whether you're moving alone or as a family.
Our Rates

For 1–2 bedroom moves, the rates above are recommended. When we deliver the free eco-baskets ahead of your move, we'll confirm crew size and other details with you. For 2–3+ bedroom moves, we'll assess your belongings beforehand and quote separately if 3+ movers or two trucks are required.
Minimum charge is a 2-hour job plus a travel fee or call-out fee (from 1 hour, depending on your location — please ask for details).
Simple estimate: 2-hour moving plan + 1-hour travel fee + GST
Other Arrangements
As shown below, combinations such as two trucks or a truck plus a van are also possible. We'll confirm the details when we quote your move.

When we deliver your free packing materials (10 baskets) or come to quote, we'll look over your belongings and advise on crew size, number of trucks and general moving tips.

River Eco-Baskets
10 free eco-baskets, delivered free 1–2 weeks before your move.

Packing is the hardest part of moving. If you'd like to save time on packing and unpacking, use our River eco-baskets. They ease the load for everything from dishes and kitchenware to fragile appliances and small items — and they're kinder to the environment too.
Features of the eco-baskets
No tape needed, and sturdy metal handles let them stack safely without damaging the contents. Unlike boxes, they always stay level in transit, so your belongings don't shift. Reusable and free to borrow, they save on packing material costs as well as being better for the environment.
Eco hanger box
A reusable "eco hanger box" — carry clothes straight from the hanger. Provided free as needed; our staff bring it to your home on the day (and take it back after the move).
Eco mattress cover
A reusable, waterproof "eco mattress cover" — no worries even on a rainy day.
Eco doona cover
A reusable "eco doona cover". Doonas are bulky and awkward to pack, but our eco doona cover carries them easily and cleanly.
Fridge cover
We cover fridges before moving them to prevent scratches.
Sofa cover
Leave your treasured leather sofa to us with confidence.
Packing Materials for Sale
We also sell moving boxes. If you need more packing materials beyond the 10 free baskets above, we sell cardboard boxes and can bring them along when we deliver your baskets. We stock various boxes and cushioning materials.
